This remarkable townhome gives you access to the world class amenities of the Regal Palms Resort. Relax as you float down the lazy river sipping on your favorite beverage that you can get at the on-site tiki bar. Splash around in the resort style pool before you take a ride down the water slide with your friends and family. You will be perfectly located near all the theme parks that have made Central Florida famous. You will also be near exceptional dining options that will be sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. Don't feel like driving? There is a wonderful restaurant, Franke Farrell's Pub & Grille, also on site; so, you never even have to leave. 

The 4-bedroom home features 2 bedrooms with a queen in each room, and 2 bedrooms that have bunk beds. Modernly decorated, you will feel right home in the fully equipped and furnished townhouse. All new stainless steel appliances are at your disposal if you want to make a family meal or enjoy a simple snack. No need to worry about bringing shampoo or soap as we will already have those ready for you. So you can save space in your luggage for more souvenirs. And of course, you can experience the wonderful amenities of Regal Palms Resort. 

A mandatory $20 per day resort fee gives you and your entire party access to:

Other things to note:

Upon arrival, you will need to check-in at the clubhouse where you will pay the $20 per day resort fee, register your car for a hanging tag, receive wrist band for guests. The wrist band gives access to the guard gate on Sand Mine Rd. Scan through the gate and go right to the townhouse. 

We do provide towels for the pool. Please return all used towels where they can be washed and reused for future guests. You can also purchase towel cards at the pool directly. 

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
