Step onto the covered screen balcony and bask in the warm Florida sunshine. When night or nap times come, our place features comfortable and inviting bedrooms designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, providing a cozy and peaceful retreat for a good night's sleep. For additional guests or family members, the guest bedroom is equipped with a cozy bunk bed, perfect for enjoyable slumber.

As a guest at Legacy Dunes, you'll have exclusive access to a host of exceptional facilities, including two inviting resort-style swimming pools, illuminated tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts for friendly matches, and an elegant clubhouse boasting a state-of-the-art fitness center. Younger visitors will delight in the tot lot/play area, while sports enthusiasts can practice their swing at the golf practice cage. Other things to note:

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
