Showcasing enhanced themes and beautiful décor, this fully equipped home has 6 bedrooms and 6 baths fit to accommodate large families of up to 12 people. With a spacious open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen, and designated dining area, your family can count on creating new memories around a home-cooked meal! Other amenities include free high-speed WIFI and cable TV, a full-size washer and dryer, a show-stopping private pool with optional pool heating (additional fee), a barbecue grill with complimentary propane, and a gorgeous, fully furnished patio for lounging in the sun. Other Things to Note:

No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.
Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in the bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part pf the house, a smoking fine of $300 will be charged for deep cleaning and/or fire detector tampering.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.

Huge Clean House with beautiful pool/patio
This Disney themed house was massive. Lots of rooms for multiple families. All the decor around the house was incredible. The electronic game table was so much fun. Not only is the inside of the house very clean and comfy but the patio and pool was very relaxing. The neighborhood has it's own waterpark so if you want to hang out in the neighborhood instead of going to the parks for a day there is much more to do.
