This lovely home is perfectly located just a few minutes away from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and of course for the muggles - The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, a park within a park located at Universal Studios. Located in the sought after Indian Creek Community, which has its own park and recreational facilities that are walking distance from the home. For the athletic types, they have a basketball court, a putting green, and a tennis court. And for the children, they have a swing and play area. There are also around 40 golf courses within 25 miles. Tee up and enjoy 

The Space

A fully fenced lavish home with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms that sleeps 8 comfortably. It has a newly renovated kitchen with top-of-the line appliances, a french door-refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Solid granite countertops, and undermount lighting were also upgraded in this home together with modern and bright neutral decorations. The home’s floor plan is very spacious and is ideal for a big family. The living area has an HDTV, and free Wi-Fi connection. Each bedroom also has its own TV, air-conditioning system, and ceiling fan. The living room has direct access to the covered lanai and your own private pool through the newly upgraded French doors.  If you have two vehicles, this house is just perfect as it has an off-road parking that has a space for two cars.

*Pool Heat is only available to guests who request and pay the nightly pool heat fee prior to their arrival. Please reach out to your host upon booking to request pool heat for your stay.

Other Things to Note:

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
