About the Space

An extravagant 4,034 square feet home located at the gated community of Windsor Island Resort. It offers bustling world class resort amenities that the entire family would enjoy: mini golf for moms and dads; tennis/basketball court, manmade beach volleyball area, and arcade game room for the athletic teenagers; lazy river, kids splash playground for the kids; corn hole; fitness center; on-site dining; and shops. They also have cabanas to shield you if the sun gets too hot, or loungers and hammocks if you prefer to have a tan, and a fire pit perfect to warm you up while gazing at the stars at night. The area is very accessible to theme parks with only few miles away to Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios. If you want to venture out of the Resort, there are plenty of places to go to just around the area. Sunset Walk is only a 20-minute drive, and it also houses shops that would suit your every need from shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The Space

Furnished with chic fixtures and furniture, this quintessential home is very ideal for a family. This modern two-story home houses eight bedrooms and six bathrooms in total. Kitchen area is equipped with the finest appliances: a coffee machine to prepare a perfect morning brew, a range to prepare sumptuous meals for the family, a dishwasher and disposal for an easy clean-up, two door-refrigerator, and of course a microwave oven. A 4-seater breakfast bar is set up in the kitchen area for quick bites if you are in a rush and a sophisticated dining area for a proper sit-down meal with the family. For a better family bonding time, a family area is located on the second floor where an in-home shuffleboard game is available. If you are a little bit worn down for the day and needs to relax, the capacious living room has a direct access to the spacious patio with a table perfect for a chill bonding with the family and friends.

Other Things to Note:

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.
