The Space

At 1,492 square feet, this gorgeous two-story cozy home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you would need from the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. This 4-bedroom and 3-full bath home has been modernized with new carpet, wood vinyl floors, top grade kitchen appliances, and a huge kitchen countertop perfect for preparing meals for the family. The dining room and living room combination is an ideal set-up to create a well-defined but supple zone which makes the room overall much homier. Immerse yourself in the gentle morning breeze and lounge to your heart’s content on your patio overlooking the pond. With central cooling and heating you will certainly feel comfortable all-year round. With a private entrance, one of the spacious bedrooms is located downstairs whereas the other three are upstairs, one with a shared bathroom, while the other with its own. This flawless home is packed with wonderful furnishings that suit everyone’s unique taste, with a superb layout, at a remarkable location that is convenient to nearby activity centers, dining, and shopping centers.

Other things to note:

Upon arrival, you will need to check-in at the clubhouse where you will pay the $20 per day resort fee, register your car for a hanging tag, receive wrist band for guests. The wrist band gives access to the guard gate on Sand Mine Rd. Scan through the gate and go right to the townhouse. 

We do provide towels for the pool. Please return all used towels where they can be washed and reused for future guests. You can also purchase towel cards at the pool directly. 

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
